ELISHA



Like most of the miracles of Jesus ,most of

the miracles of Elisha were simple acts of

kindness.

Elisha called upon the Lord to heal the bitter 

water of the spring at Jericho.

Elisha had compassion upon a widow.

And he called the Lord to increase

the widow's oil so that she could 

use it to pay off her debt.

Elisha foretold the birth of a kind

Shunem woman's son. Elisha had called

the Lord to give this kind woman a child.

Later when the son died, Elisha called

upon the Lord to raise the dead son to life.

Elisha increased a small amount of food

 to feed a hundred people.

Elisha gave instruction to Naaman to 

wash away his leprosy in the water

of Jordan.

These and other miracles of Elisha show

that Elisha had a double portion of Elijah's
spirit.
